Terms of Service – The Blueprint​

Welcome to The Blueprint — an online digital course and educational platform designed to help you scale your personal brand or business using AI, automation, and modern digital strategies.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Blueprint, including all content, materials, products, services, and features offered on www.mediablueprint.co and www.whop.com/aiblueprint (collectively, the “Platform”). By enrolling in The Blueprint, accessing our course content, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or enroll in The Blueprint. If you are under 18, participation is only permitted with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for your compliance with these Terms.

By accessing The Blueprint, you confirm that:

• All information you provide during registration and throughout your membership is accurate, complete, and current.

• You meet the eligibility requirements.

• You are entering this agreement for personal or business purposes and not on behalf of a competitor seeking to replicate, copy, or misuse the program.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials within The Blueprint, including but not limited to videos, written lessons, PDFs, templates, workbooks, scripts, branding assets, graphics, and other downloadable or viewable content (collectively, “Course Materials”), are the exclusive property of Omar Abdel LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Course Materials solely for your own personal or internal business use. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or share Course Materials without prior written consent.

• Sell, license, or exploit the Course Materials for commercial purposes outside the scope of your license.

• Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices.

Violations of this section may result in legal action, account termination, and/or monetary damages.

3. No Refund Policy

Because The Blueprint is a digital product with instant access to proprietary content upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Failure to access the content.

• Lack of implementation or dissatisfaction with the results.

• Changes in your financial situation.

4. Account Access & Security

Your account credentials (username, password, or other access codes) are for your personal use only. You may not share your login details or allow others to access your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for:

• Sharing account access or materials.

• Engaging in prohibited conduct.

• Violating any part of these Terms.

5. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

The Blueprint provides strategies, tools, and educational content to help you grow your business or brand. However, we do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of income or achieve particular business outcomes.

Your success depends on many factors, including but not limited to your skills, background, experience, dedication, market conditions, and ability to take consistent action. Any testimonials, case studies, or examples shared on the Platform represent exceptional results and are not typical.

6. Code of Conduct

By participating in The Blueprint and any related communities (forums, chats, groups, etc.), you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, lawful, and professional manner. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.

• Spamming or soliciting unrelated products/services.

• Posting inappropriate, illegal, or defamatory content.

We reserve the right to remove any member from the Platform or community without refund for violations of this Code of Conduct.

7. Modifications to the Program & Terms

We may update, enhance, or remove portions of The Blueprint content, features, or resources at our discretion. We may also revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued access to or use of the Platform after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version will always be available on our website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omar Abdel LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in The Blueprint or your use of the Platform.

All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You agree that you are solely responsible for the results you achieve (or fail to achieve) from using the information provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
